In discussion with some of guests and friends we came to realization that there we were leaving out a potential niche of guests. Not every family or guest has a trailer, the camping gear or the knowledge of camping, and would like to enjoy the experience where the family is unplugged in the fresh air. Since our mission is to help all families make memories we opted to invest in some trailers which our guests can rent on site.

How to book the trailers?

Thank you for renting one of our trailers at Lindbrook Star Gazer Campground. The campground owners reserve the right to decline or terminate this agreement and may evict renters at any time due to damage, violation of campground rules, or failure to follow the agreement.

Policies and Conditions

  • Renter must be at least 25 years of age.
  • No more than 6 people per trailer are permitted. Additional tents or people on site must be approved by management and may have an additional cost.
  • Upper bunks and table bed are weighted for children.
  • The trailer may not be moved from its assigned site by renter.
  • No smoking/smudging or strong-smelling items that may leave a lingering odor are permitted in the trailer. Any smoke odor or damage will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Cooking is encouraged outside.
  • No pets are allowed without written permission. Cleaning or damage related to pets will be deducted from the security deposit, this includes hair removal. Please bring a lint brush to clean hair. ONLY DOGS ARE PERMITTED, NO CATS, REPTILES, FERRETTS etc are permitted.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.

  • What to Expect when booking
  • Once contract is received, please review and sign. This agreement is not valid until signed and returned via email to lindbrookstargazercampground@gmail.com.
  • Lindbrook Star Gazer will charge a $100.00 deposit on the rental once contract is received. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to your booking minus a $10.00 admin fee. Within 30 days it will only be refunded if the trailer can be rented minus the $10.00 admin fee. If it can not the $100.00 deposit will be forfeited.
  • On day of the check in the full trailer charge PLUS $150.00 ($250.00 if the booking deposit for some reason was not taken) damage deposit will be charged to the card on file. A receipt will be forwarded to you via text or email. The security deposit is required and will be refunded after a final inspection confirms the trailer is clean (inside trailer, grounds outside, BBQ and outdoor table area), undamaged, and fully equipped.
  • On check out day, once we have inspected and cleaned the trailer a refund will be sent back to the renter.

  • During your stay:
  • A full walk through and instruction on trailer equipment will be given if the renter asks. This is a rent at your own risk. If you don’t know how to use something or would like to report an issue, please ask by contacting the store or TEXTING 780-668-6523.
  • Full propane tanks and one full water tank at check in.
  • Reminder that you are on a tank of water therefore there is limited water supply; guests are strongly encouraged to use the pool house showers to prolong water.
  • Water refills are available for a $20 fee.
  • The trailer will be cleaned and holding tanks emptied prior to your stay.

Trailer 1 – Site 24 – Springdale by Keystone – Trailer $95.00 + your site $50.00 + 7.25 tax = $152.25 a night

Sleeps 5 – based on 2 adults and dependents (under 18 age) children and their size.

Has a table to bed, couch to bed and double bed in the back with mattress

Has microwave, stove, oven, furnace, kitchen area, washroom and A/C. Yes, it has mattresses.
